Required Stay: One week minimum, Saturday to Saturday, during the high season (Weekly Rental from Saturday to Saturday from 05-21-05 to 09-10-05), 2 day minimum other times during the year.

Deposits: 1/2 the rent amount is required to hold the property. The final rental amount plus $150 security deposit is due two month before the check-in date.

Cleaning fee: No additional cleaning  fee for  weekly rental. $40 cleaning fee for 3 days or less rental .
